Are your vanities supplied fully assembled?
Yes, all Zyloh Haus vanities are delivered fully assembled for easy and efficient installation by a licensed tradesperson.
Please note: the stone benchtop is supplied separately and must be installed on-site. Once the vanity has been securely mounted to the wall, the stone top should be carefully positioned and siliconed into place by your installer.
Do the vanities come with tap holes?
No, our sintered stone tops are supplied without tap holes
Are wall fixings included?
Yes, all necessary wall fixings are supplied with your vanity. Your installer must still assess your wall structure to ensure secure and compliant installation.
Can the basins be positioned differently?
Standard basin placement follows the product specifications. Custom basin positioning may be available for large projects—please contact us to discuss custom options.
What is the correct side of the stone to install facing down?
The smoother, slippery side of the stone benchtop is designed to face downward onto the vanity cabinet. The textured side should face up as the visible surface. Please ensure this is checked before installation.
Yes, all Zyloh Haus stone benchtops are supplied with pre-cut basin waste cut-outs, positioned according to the standard vanity configuration. Custom basin placements may be available for large project orders — please contact us to discuss options.
Can I order a custom vanity or custom size?
Yes, Zyloh Haus offers custom vanities and custom sizing upon request. How do I apply for a trade account?

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If any damage is identified, contact support@zyloh.com.au within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number. We’ll promptly arrange a solution.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Yes, returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges apply.
Custom-made and clearance items are non-returnable.
