Care Instructions
General Tips
- Avoid dragging heavy or sharp objects across any surfaces.
- Check all fixtures and fittings periodically to ensure they remain secure.
- Always follow installation guidelines and use qualified tradespeople for any installation or repairs.
Vanity Cabinets
- Use a soft, damp cloth for regular cleaning. Dry with a microfibre cloth to prevent water spotting.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, ammonia, or acidic substances.
- Keep areas well ventilated to prevent excess moisture build-up.
- Do not allow water to pool on surfaces — wipe up spills promptly.
- For wall-hung units, avoid placing excessive weight inside drawers or cupboards.
Sintered Stone & Ceramic Tops
- Clean with a mild, non-abrasive pH-neutral cleaner.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, oil-based products, or scouring pads.
- Do not place hot items (e.g. hair tools or mugs) directly on the surface — always use a barrier.
- Important: Do not drill, cut, or modify sintered stone tops. Doing so will void the warranty.
Basins
- Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap.
- Avoid metal brushes, steel wool, or textured scourers.
- Do not use coloured cloths that may stain the ceramic.
- Check waste fittings regularly to ensure proper sealing and avoid overtightening.
Mirrors & Shaving Cabinets
- Clean glass with a soft cloth and glass cleaner — avoid spraying directly onto edges or metal parts.
- For shaving cabinets, clean doors and internal panels with a damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Ensure adequate bathroom ventilation to prevent condensation build-up and reduce risk of mirror corrosion.
