Residential Use
All Zyloh Haus products come with the following warranties from the date of purchase:

Vanity Cabinets | 3-Year Replacement Warranty
Covers structural faults in cabinet construction and materials under normal residential use.
Vanity Stonetop | 3-Year Warranty
Applies to sintered stone, ceramic, and composite/solid surface tops.
Important: If the sintered stone top is altered in any way, the warranty is void. Sintered stone must be installed as supplied. Damage caused during manipulation or incorrect installation will not be covered.
Commercial Use
Zyloh Haus offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for commercial applications such as apartments, hotels, salons, and retail fitouts.
Coverage includes:
- Structural faults in cabinets, vanity tops, basins, and mirrors
- Manufacturing defects under normal commercial use
Important:
Products installed in commercial environments must:
- Be installed by a licensed tradesperson
- Be maintained in accordance with Zyloh Haus care and cleaning guidelines
- Be used for their intended purpose
Note:
If a sintered stone top is cut, drilled, or altered, the warranty is void for that component. Sintered stone must be installed as supplied.
This warranty does not cover accelerated wear due to high-traffic use, misuse, or improper maintenance.
General Conditions
- All products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson and meet Australian standards
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- Products must be maintained using pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaning agents
- Warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- Improper installation, unsuitable site conditions, or misuse may void warranty eligibility
Exclusions
- General wear and tear
- Variations in natural materials (e.g. timber grain, stone veining, or tone)
- Incorrect installation, sealing, or mounting
- Use of abrasive or chemical-based cleaning products
- Impact damage or moisture damage due to poor ventilation
- Freight damage not reported at the time of delivery
- Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage to sintered stone that has been cut, drilled, or fabricated
Zyloh Haus warranties do not cover costs associated with installation, uninstallation, or reinstallation of any products. Warranty claims apply to the product itself, not any third-party or associated labour costs
