Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping Australia-wide. For remote or regional areas, additional charges or extended delivery timeframes may apply.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Areas: 3–10 business days
- Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: Up to 14 business days
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the vanity and your delivery location.
- For bulk orders or builder/contractor accounts, please contact us directly for a custom freight quote.
Freight & Delivery
We work with a range of trusted transport companies, selecting the best carrier for each individual order based on the delivery address, order size, and service required. This tailored approach ensures your vanity is delivered safely, efficiently, and at the best possible rate.
All vanities are securely packaged and placed on a crate before dispatch to ensure safe transit. This method protects the product during handling and transport.
Depot Collection Option
Where available, we may offer collection from a local freight depot. Choosing depot collection can significantly reduce shipping costs, especially for regional or remote deliveries. If you're interested in this option, please reach out before placing your order to check depot availability near you.
Please note:
- Delivery drivers are not required to carry items inside the property.
- The disposal of any packaging or crate materials (e.g. timber, wrapping, fasteners) is the responsibility of the receiver.
We recommend having appropriate tools and assistance available to unpack and move your vanity upon delivery.
Receiving Your Delivery
- Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery during business hours.
- If the packaging appears damaged upon arrival, please note it on the delivery docket and take photos before opening.
Damaged Goods
We take every precaution to pack your order securely. If your vanity arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us at support@zyloh.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- We will assess and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Storage Fees
If you're not ready to receive your order, we can hold your vanity in our warehouse for up to 28 days free of charge. After this period, storage fees may apply unless prior arrangements are made.
