Installation Instructions
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Zyloh Haus products, please adhere to the following installation recommendations.
Positioning
Place the vanity in the desired location, ensuring it is level and plumbed
Securing
Mark and drill fixing points, ensuring alignment with wall studs or installed noggins. Use appropriate fixings to secure the vanity to the wall.
Top Installation
Surface Identification: Before installation, identify the correct orientation of the vanity top. The smooth, glossy surface is the underside and should face downwards.
Adhesion: Apply a continuous bead of non-acidic, mould-resistant silicone adhesive to the top edges of the vanity cabinet
Placement: Carefully position the vanity top onto the cabinet, ensuring correct alignment. Press down gently to secure.
Sealing: Apply silicone sealant along all edges where the vanity meets the wall to prevent water ingress.
Preparation
Door Removal: Remove mirrored doors and place them on a soft surface to prevent damage
Wall Assessment: Check the wall for plumb and level. Mark the desired position of the cabinet.
Securing
Fixing Points: Ensure the cabinet is fixed through the back panel into wall studs or noggins at both the top and bottom
Fasteners: Use appropriate screws or bolts, spaced evenly, to secure the cabinet
Sealing
Apply a bead of non-acidic silicone sealant around the perimeter where the cabinet meets the wall to prevent moisture ingress.
Door Reinstallation
Reattach the doors, adjusting hinges as necessary to ensure proper alignment
