Change of Mind Returns

Product Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging

Exclusions: Custom-made, special-order, clearance, and discontinued items are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made or Special-order Products: Items made to your specifications.

Clearance and Discontinued Items: Products sold as clearance or discontinued

Installed or Used Products: Items that have been installed or used.

Products Without Original Packaging: Items not in their original packaging or with damaged packaging.

Return Process

Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging.

Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Deductions: Restocking fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
